I used 2 have birds as a child... but they were to nervous, everytime the door was opened fast they almost went crazy & wild.. someday they got a heartattack or somethin I guess 
...and I better don't mention what happended to my fishes

no there was somethin like a disease, some fishes got ill and weak and the stronger ones showed some cannibalistic behaviour all of sudden... survival of the fittest I guess
well... nobody survided at all in the end....
