After completing a 10 show run through the United Kingdom with Gym Class Heroes, Hangar 18 are descending upon Atlanta for 2 performances at the A3C festival. Upon their return to their native NYC they will be completing the mixing of their new LP titled "the Gods Must Be Crazy" which will feature some rock and rap heavyweights, to be released Fall 2007. Starting in May and going through the beginning of June Hangar 18 will tour North America with Def Jux founder EL P in support of his personal magnum opus "I'll Sleep When Your Dead" (debuted #74 Billboard). Simultaneously, HANGAR will be releasing the "BAKING SODA" maxi single complete with remixes and video. Almost immediately following their return from tour which will finish at the Bonaroo festival in Tennessee, Hangar will set their sites on another North American run as part of the the inaugural "PAID DUES" tour with other notables such as Atmosphere, Aesop Rock, Murs, Cage, Mr Lif, and Sage Francis. Sandwiched between the the start and finish of the "Paid Dues" tour Hangar will be performing at all 3 of the already sold out "ROCK THE BELLS" festival dates featuring Nas, Wu Tang Clan, Rage Against the Machine, Public Enemy, Mos Def, EPMD, and the list goes on and on..."ROCK THE BELLS" is being critically slated as "the world's finest Hip Hop platform", Hangar 18's meteoric rise is definitely beginning to be noticed. Further inbetween the mixing of their new LP and their fanatic touring schedule Hangar is filming their own sketch comedy TV show "THE BEAT". dieses festival ist einfach nur der shit leider zu weit weg wünschte sowas würde es mal in deutschland geben... vorallem so ein line-up |

ist an 3 verschiedenen orten, natürlich auch zu unterschiedlichen zeiten. erst ist es in new york, dann in san bernandino und dann in san fran unter anderem sind noch dabei: immortal technique, hiroglyphics, mf doom, jedi mind tricks, pharoahe monch, cypress hill, the roots, blackalicious, brother ali, living legends, blueprint und gehostet wir von supernatural, rahzel und hi-tek wenn das nicht ein traum ist |
