When were those CDs released? The song itself is from 97 right? Atleast that's what amazon says...

yes the song is from 97...it was for his first release 'My Hustle My Struggle' on MCA that never dropped...
Beyoncé's dad was his manager back then....his first cd, Bloodmoney came out in 99...

Back In The Kitchen dropped in 02
Neva Lay Down Vol. 1 dropped in 04
Neva Lay Down Vol. 2 dropped in 05

nope no solo, only features so far...he is (was?) on short stop records (lil troy's label)
i like his style...he killed his verse on big mello's 'the gift'....

back in the kitchen is a 'flow' cd...pretty good...it has a lot of bar none boys on it...
the other 2 have more real songs...like unreleased or from other albums...
and a few flows...all good stuff....real worth checkin out....
