Also es is natürlich sehr cool wieder in den Genuss von (allerdings leider nur teils) neuen OneBeLo Raps zu kommen(wie ich seine Stimme und smoothen Style liebe
), aber die Scheibe hat meine wahrscheinlich zu hohen Erwartungen nicht wirklich erfüllt. Auch wenn man bei 27 Mixtape-Tracks(oft nur 1-2 min. lang) ein paar Ausfälle erwarten darf, waren mir dennoch zu viele schwache Beats dabei(die angeführten Pete Rock, Ant und Jake One haben dabei jeweils einen track produced, sonst fast alles von Decompoze und Zhao). Dazu sinds halt auch teils Remixe mit schon bekannten Raps, und das ganze leider nur auf CD-R im Slim Case (weiss nicht wies euch geht, aber ich mag diese dünnen Hüllen net so gerne^^).
Schlecht ist das Tape auf keinen Fall, bei den ersten paar tracks und zwischendurch wirds zwar etwas "zaach"(
österr.: irgendwie leicht anstrengend
), aber sind auch ein paar sehr feine Sachen dabei, wie z.b. "the Host", "Whatupdoe"(chillig), "You can tell", der "Deceptacons" remix is find ich auch nett, "Rethorical" is sehr stimungsvoll, am besten gefällt mir jedoch "Cold World", der es imo ruhig auf "Sonogram" hätte schaffen können!
"Wake Up" ist zum Abschluss auch noch sehr schön wie ich finde… würd also so 6/10 geben.
