Dirty Duo Announce Release Date For New Album
Today former Rap-A-Lot Records signees, Big Pimp and G Stacka, known to many as, Dirty, announced plans to release their new LP entitled "Married to the Game" this March in conjunction with Koch and the Atlanta based record label, 404 Entertainment. In late 2007 the group amicably parted ways with J-Prince and Rap-A-Lot to start their own label, Blackklown Records. The two cousins are most recognized for being the first Hip Hop act out of Alabama to garner mainstream success. In 2003, Dirty topped the Billboard Charts with the release of Keep it Pimp & Gangsta , along with The Pimp & Da Gangsta through Universal Records...
The duo's album peaked at number # 13 on the Hip Hop /R&B Album charts and held a position at # 63 on the Billboard Top 200 charts. Dirty is hoping to elevate their success with the forthcoming release "Married to the Game". The group kicks off with the lead single "He Want the Money" featuring the platinum recording artist, Rich Boy. The 14 track compact disc is scheduled to hit shelves on March 24th, 2009. The album includes collaborations with Rich Boy, Lil Burn One, Mr. Blue, and Da Black Paris Hilton amongst others. Production credits are going to Block Beataz, D-Boi, The group is scheduled to hit the road for a 30 city tour with more details to come.

Dirty is a hip hop duo from Montgomery, Alabama, composed of cousins Big Pimp (Daniel Thomas, born 1978) and Mr. G Stacka The Gangsta (Tarvares Webster, born 1983). Their most popular album, Keep It Pimp & Gangsta peaked at number thirteen on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and number 63 on the Billboard 200.[1]
The first major rap artists out of Alabama,[2] they released their debut album, Country Versatile in 1999. After their second album sold well regionally, they signed with Universal Records,[2] who re-released The Pimp & da Gangsta nationally in 2001. Their second album for Universal was 2002's Keep It Pimp & Gangsta. By this time, they signed to James Prince's label Rap-A-Lot Records and started their own label, as well, entitled, Blackklown. In 2003, they released their next album, Love Us or Hate Us, on Rap-A-Lot Records. In 2007, the group decided to leave the label, on good terms. In group currently preps their new release "Married to the Game".

Established in 1998, 404 Music is an independent record label known for urban, rap, alternative rock, and dance music. 404 experienced initial successes from releasing albums from artists such as Popa Wu from the Wu-tang and Young Jeezy. With the shift in the industry, 404 Music suspended its operations in 2001. However, the influx of new technology in the music business created perfect conditions for the re-emergence of 404 Music.
