You may remember a U.K. producer by the name of Juliano during the late 90's indie boom, better known to most as 1/2 of The Creators. Juliano is now producing under the psuedonym Recordkingz, and will release the Heavywieght LP this August 14th, on ABB Records. The LP will feature numerous guest appearances from both established and upcoming acts, such as Mobb Deep, Little Brother, Beatnuts, Evidence, Joell Ortiz, Guilty Simpson, Glasses Malone, Tragedy Khadafi, Problemz, Craig G, and more.
"Recordkingz are internationally known for production and records, and are responsible for uncovering some of the craziest shit," said Alchemist in a statement. "Who else goes on beat excusions to wild places like india and asia? Juliano's got records from some little island people never even heard of," he added.
