Ich leih mal mal das Review von Trmndus trifft es wirklcih sehr gut:
Lil Witness is finally back with his second full length solo album entitled “Real Lifes Not Fake” on Shifted Entertainment. The album features appearances from Lil Boosie, T-Bo, S.C.C, Max Minelli, Lefty, Mookie, and many more.
“Clear The Rumors” beat starts off with Witness talking about to clear these damn rumors, shits just kicks in and he just start ripping the track. He basically letting you know about all this he say she say going on, if you aint heard from them man himself don’t believe shit, and if you don’t know now you know. “Unfaithful Family” this beat gots that nice Baton Rouge drum pattern, love that shit has sort of like a secret shady feel going to it as well. Witness breaks it down, we all go through this people giving them crooked smiles knowing in the back of they head they hating on your ass. The flows come to clean on this one, the hook goes hard too “For Some Reason Im Not Believing – Whats Happening Right In Front Of My Face On This Evening – Daps And Hugs It Really Has No Meaning – Fools Are Out For Themselves And They Scheming”.
“Real Lifes Not Fake” this beat is real dark, some dark alley creeping blues type of shit, good spit ya life track. Witness spitting hard on this one too, this shit is a real ass track, the title tells you straight up real life is not fake, this shit aint no game, we living this struggle daily. “No Good” this shit is real dirty and grimy, some of that gutter ass swamp shit you like from the Rouge. This is another good track, he talking about how he trying to do good but the bad shit seems to keep coming his way, its like you got your conscience talking to you constantly, witness knows how to break a track down and get deep.
“A Witness Too” this beat is good, this is some real street shit, this is like a fast paced track you play to slideslow of street events. Witness repping the streets and talking about how he seen so much shit in these years on the streets than most of us will ever see in our life. He done witnessed so much just like the name, listen up and get a history lesson, another good one right here. “Price For Foolishness” this beat is different, gots a lot of instruments going on to it, if you diverse you will feel this one. This track witness talking about how you can only live that fast life for so long, after so long its just like you got to move on to something better or you will end up dead or in prision.
“In & Out” this is that good old Baton Rouge styled beats, got that drumline and all that good shit. This shit features S.C.C., T-Bo, Boosie, and Max Minlli, this shit is a nice little hit type song. The hook and verse by Witness go hard, “We Be In & Out – That’s How We Handle The Lick – In & Out – We Dismantle Your Click Boi”. The features on the track you already know, everyone shining on this one go ahead and bump this shit heavy. “All I Own” This beat is real slow and dark, Witness coming out Explosive on this one, real hard fast ass raps. He gets help from his partners Mookie & Lil Dossey who both drop good verses. This is a track where they spitting about all they got in this word is their balls and their word type of deal, just good song after good song it seems to be on this album.
“Tear It Down” this is the last track on the album and the beat on this shit is slammin, this got some hard ass guitar going to it, feeling this one. Jaw Drops this shit is clean as fuck, Witness sound so damn good on this beat and he rapping his ass off. Flows mesh so well its like dick and pussy they belong together, just jam this shit, no more to tell you this one is RAW. He ends the album out with a few radio versions and a raw freestyle as well, always good to find that hidden shit, makes your money feel a little more well spent.
